Shipping Policy

Handcrafted to Order

Every piece from Dunstans Workshop is handcrafted to order in the UK. Because each item is made individually with care and attention, please allow time for your order to be prepared before dispatch. We will always keep you informed of your order's progress.

Processing & Dispatch Times

As all our jewellery and icons are made to order, please allow 2–6 weeks for your item to be crafted and dispatched. For bespoke or personalised commissions, lead times may be longer — we will confirm this with you at the time of order.

UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated UK delivery times after dispatch:

• Royal Mail Tracked and Signed: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
